Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga

Enjoy a personalized yoga session in the comfort of your home or in nature. In tailored one-on-one or group sessions, I guide you through breathwork, flowing sequences, asanas, meditation, and relaxation. Each practice is adapted to your level and needs, and can include partner exercises as well as mindful hands-on assists (with your consent).

Yin Yoga & Yin Yang Flow

Yin Yoga is a calm, restorative practice with long-held postures that promote deep stretch, relaxation, and inner stillness.
Yin Yang Flow combines dynamic movement with slow Yin elements, creating a balanced practice of energy and relaxation.
All sessions take place in your home or in nature, are tailored to your needs, and are suitable for individuals, couples, or groups.

Systemic Coaching

In one-on-one coaching, I support you in gaining new perspectives and discovering your own solutions, tailored to your individual topics. The systemic approach focuses on your inner resources and your connection with your environment.
For couples, sessions offer a space to improve communication, navigate challenges, and deepen connection.
