Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga

Private 1:1 Yoga Sessions

Treat yourself to a deeply personal yoga experience in the comfort of your own home or in nature. In a one-on-one session tailored entirely to your needs, I guide you mindfully through your practice.

Each session may include pranayama (breathwork), a flowing yoga sequence, asanas inspired by the Ashtanga series, meditation—depending on your preferences—and a closing savasana. Together, we create a practice that suits your level, supports your individual needs, and allows for a deeper exploration of specific elements or postures.

Yoga for Couples & Groups

Experience yoga together in a familiar and relaxed environment—right in your own home or in nature. Whether with friends, family, or as a couple, I design a session that fosters connection and is thoughtfully adapted to your group.

The practice can be tailored to your level and may include specific asanas as well as playful partner exercises. This creates a space where movement, mindfulness, and a sense of togetherness naturally come together.

Pranayama, meditation, and savasana are also part of the session.

I also offer hands-on assists to support you in your asana practice and help you deepen your experience. These adjustments are always given with care and respect, and only with your prior consent.

Yin Yoga & Yin Yang Flow

Yin Yoga

In this calm and regenerative practice, you are invited to slow down, release tension, and gently reconnect with yourself.

Through longer-held Yin Yoga postures, the body can soften, deep stretches can be explored, and a sense of inner stillness can arise. I guide you mindfully through this decelerating practice—at your own pace and always attuned to your individual needs and intentions.

The session takes place in the comfort of your home or in nature and can be experienced individually, with a partner, or in a group.

Yin Yang Flow

Experience the balance between activity and stillness. In this practice, we combine the dynamic, energizing qualities of yoga with the calm, passive nature of Yin.

We begin with an activating, flowing sequence and gradually transition into longer, deeply relaxing Yin postures. This creates a harmonious balance that both energizes the body and allows for profound relaxation.

Each session is tailored to you or your group and is suitable for individuals, couples, or groups. The session will be at your own home or in nature.

Systemic Coaching

Individual Sessions

In one-on-one systemic coaching, I support you within your own environment in developing new perspectives on your topics, questions, and decision-making processes.

At the heart of this approach is a systemic mindset: the understanding that you already carry your own solutions within you, and that you are always in interaction with your environment. Together, we create a space where your inner resources and solutions can unfold—through thoughtful questions, impulses, and selected methods. This allows new perspectives to emerge and expands your range of possible actions.

The sessions can focus on a wide variety of topics and are always tailored to your individual situation.

It is important to clearly distinguish this work from therapy or psychotherapy: systemic coaching is a supportive and guiding process, not a form of medical or therapeutic treatment. Before the first session, we will have a short, free introductory phone call to clarify your concerns and explore whether this setting feels right for you. If it resonates for both of us, we can then schedule a session.

I reserve the right to end a coaching process or refer you to appropriate professionals (such as doctors or therapists) if it becomes clear that your concerns would be better supported in a different setting.

Systemic Coaching for Couples

In systemic coaching for couples, I support you in exploring your relationship from new perspectives and in consciously shaping the way you relate to one another.

Whether you are looking to improve communication, navigate conflicts, or deepen your understanding of each other, we create a space for clarity, growth, and connection. A session does not require a crisis—it can also be a valuable opportunity to nurture and deepen your relationship.
